Leadership is a must-have skill in every engineering industry to climb the ladder. In the industry, you often have to lead a team or project to produce deliverables. Other times, you will be asked to work as a team member. Make sure you know how to work with people and are capable of handling conflicts while working towards achieving a common goal.
